In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top five medical apps on Android in Norway showed varied trends in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Helsenorge saw fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at 11.5K at the end of March and peaking mid-April with 9.5K downloads. By the end of June, downloads stabilized around 8.5K. Weekly active users also varied, starting at 179K and reaching a peak of 230K in early June, before declining to 157K by the end of the quarter.

Hjelp 113 experienced a moderate range in weekly downloads, beginning at 1.8K and showing a slight increase to 2.2K in early April. Active users mirrored this trend, increasing from 12.3K to a peak of 14.5K mid-quarter, then fluctuating slightly before ending at 8.7K.

PatientSky had steady download numbers, maintaining around 600 downloads weekly, with a slight rise to 750 in late April. Active users increased steadily from 8.4K to a peak of 12.3K in mid-June, before settling at 8.5K by the quarter's end.

HelsaMi downloads showed minor fluctuations, starting at 700 and peaking at 738 mid-June, before closing the quarter at 454 downloads.

Dr.Dropin had a relatively stable download rate, with numbers starting at 215, peaking at 682 in late June, and ending at 391.
